Is it available in my country?

EquiBody App is available anywhere in the world where you have access to the internet.

Currently EquiBody App is only available in English, so you will need to decide if that works for your client base.  

Is my data secure?

Equibody App's data is encrypted and stored on servers trusted as data houses by many of the world's largest corporations.

The weakest link is your own password. Make sure this is not something someone could guess, and use a combination of upper and lowercase, numbers and special characters.  

What do I get for my monthly subscription?

Everything! We don't make you pay more to access more, and we won't ever charge you more money just because your business has grown. You have unlimited access to the full suite of EquiBody App's features and all future upgrades are made available to you for free.  

Can I use EquiBody App on a laptop as well as a mobile device?

Yes! You can access EquiBody App on any device that has access to an internet browser and internet connection. This means it doesn't matter if it's android, iPhone, laptop, tablet or even an ancient brick of a computer!  

Is there an annual subscription?

At the moment there is just one monthly subscription type, but based on customer feedback we are looking a discounted annual subscription.

What happens to my data if I cancel my subscription?

Your data is not lost as we don't delete anything, but you do lose access to the app if you cancel your subscription. We can restore access at anytime if you choose to recommence.  

There's something I'd love the app to do - can I request a new feature?

YES! We love hearing what you want! Customer feedback is the cornerstone of our business. We will always consider very seriously your request and endeavour to make them happen where it's possible.  

Does it work offline?

Currently EquiBody App needs an internet connection in order to function, however we are working on developing offline capabilities.
